Tom Collins with Elderflower & Hops Mixer

A new twist on a favorite classic, No. 2 yields a refreshing yet familiar Tom Collins with floral and citrus notes. Centennial hops provide the bittering agent, which are prized for their aggressive floral characteristics. Mixes best with light spirits. Mix equal parts No. 2 + gin or vodka in a glass with lots of ice. Top with soda water.

Ingredients: Fresh Lemon Juice, Water, Florida Golden Cane Sugar, Natural Extract of Elderflower and Elderberry, Centennial Hops.
