Dense, warm and featuring a thick, waffle knit leg. American Trench purposely built in an inch and a half long welt, to help this sock stay snug on the calf. A traditional footbed construct with contrasting heel-toe adds some subtle highlights to otherwise classic colorways. With jeans or with khakis. With boots and with sneakers. Knit in the Hickory region of North Carolina at a family owned knitting mill operating at the same location for over thirty years. The Hickory region has been a concentrated center for hosiery knitting mills, yarn spinning companies, and dye houses stretching back to the 1930s and 40s.
